Kakao Friends: Face Water Gun Choonsik 페이스 물총 춘식이

The first water gun I bought broke after just one day of play. I didn't think they’d replace it anyway, so I just threw it away. Later, because my child and their friends asked for more, I ordered three more—but only one arrived, and it was even the wrong color. I tried reaching out to the seller via email and Instagram DM. It took them days to reply, and though they said they would check and get back to me, it’s already been 5 days with no word. While it's nice to be able to get Korean products here, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Maybe they'll finally reply once summer is over. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of ordering from them.
