Refund and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold by K Friends USA, once the Seal Sticker on the packaging is removed, exchanges or refunds are not possible. Please carefully review the product details on the product page before making a purchase.

If the product and Seal Sticker are undamaged, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that refunds and exchanges may be limited if this time frame is exceeded or if the Seal Sticker is damaged.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@lolkorea.com for guidance before sending the product. When returning the product, please ensure it is in its original packaging.

Refunds will be approved after inspecting the product, and if approved, the refund will be processed automatically through the original payment method. Please be aware that the processing and posting of refunds may take several business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.
